I was fascinated by the idea of generating wealth from the bottom. But I'm not an economist, I'm an operator who can do things well, and do it fast. So what do I do? I found my cofounder Akshay with the same obsession. We partnered with brilliant educators, we hired an economist, and we set out to defy generalisation – some of it looks socialist, some capitalist, and we suspended judgement long enough to find a solution. Radical, but grounded in what actually works. That's why we built a business school for Tier 2, Tier 3 India – where education means meaningful outcomes.
