School of Future

I co-founded SOF with Akshay Muralidharan on a belief I can’t shake: that there’s an enormous amount of high-agency talent in the smaller towns of this country, and the system quietly routes almost all of it into degrees that signal attendance instead of capability. We’re building a different door.

What it is

An eighteen-month programme in Kochi — not a lecture hall with a new name on it. Fellows pick a track, work real cases, travel to four markets, and leave with something that signals what they can actually do.

What I’m responsible for

Roughly: how it looks, how it’s built, and a fair share of how it’s taught. The brand, the admissions experience, the Fellows Card system, the parts of the curriculum that lean on real tools.

Where it honestly is

Active and pre-launch — the first fifty are forming and the campus is real. What doesn’t exist yet is the proof: no alumni, no outcomes, no five-year story. Right now the only honest thing to show is the build itself.

What I’m not sure about

Whether a brand-new credential can earn trust fast enough to matter. Whether we can hold the bar at fifty and not blink when it’s tempting to. I’d rather say that out loud than pretend otherwise.
